Judging on Ducts post and on this article (http://bcitu.com/THPS9/TH3.jpg) I am guessing these skaters as the confirmed skaters so far for the new TH game. They are as follows:

Mike Vallely
Andrew Reynolds
Lance Mountain
Dustin Dollin
Daewon Song
Jeff King

I think Stevie Williams is in it as well for he is mentioned in the article. I only have 10 skaters listed in that list and there is said to be 16 skaters so keep on the look out for an updated skater list.
