Replying to the question of whether or not he thought the power of the 360 could be useful: "Possibly, although the cell processor in the PS3 is much more powerful for our calculations than the CPU in the Xbox 360."

yep and as soon as you tried to leave it on for days at a time like you do w/ a ps3 you would have a dead 360. lmao.

Posted by: ll BodyBag ll May 3 2007, 11:36 PM

umm, noo... I have had my 360 on for 12 hours straight.

Posted by: =BGOAT=Nicholas May 4 2007, 12:22 AM

Ive had my PS3 on for 60 hours straight and not a noise or problem with it.

Posted by: ROOK Master wiz May 4 2007, 06:05 AM

I had my 360 on for like a few days straight. but I had to put a small house fan on it. plus running a game for that many hours is fine but your system would be using a lot of it's resoureces at full capacity. I am not sure that the cooling system could handle it on the 360.

Yeah, I mean, it's only cancer.

Well thats the typical 360fanboy response. they only care about themselves and there 360. they don't care about running a program that could save many lives in the future as long as they can play there 360.

Posted by: ROOK Master wiz May 4 2007, 10:07 AM

Here is why the 360 will never run FAH.

Hey rookmasterwiz, check this out: !sdrawkcab epyt ot flesym thguat i ,emit eerf siht lla htiw... ok not really, that took an hour to figure out...

Thats from my 360's blog. if it took an hour for the 360 to figure out how to type that backwards then it's gonna take a year to fgiure out how to fold a WU. lmao.

Ya, cause you have played a 360 right? or even own one. So you definitly know that ALL of them overheat right? MORON ALERT. My 360 has never overheated since i have had it. Which would be lets see... 1 year 3 months and 2 days.

Posted by: =BGOAT=Biz May 4 2007, 12:18 PM

Ken, i have infact played a 360. They are an ok system but i have seen the overheating problem with it first hand. My friend and I were playing his 360 for about 3-4 hrs i believe and when we shut it off i felt the system to see if it has a good fan system and the thing was hot. If i wanted to buy a heater id buy a 360 because they do the job. Ken, 1: dont be such a fanboy and 2: know your information about me before you start talking. With all that said your right, there is an idiot alert, you.

now now guys. anyways yes I will also admit that the 360 is a decent system but that doesn't overshadow the FACT that they havine heating problems. if I put it in my bed room I could honestly prolly heat my bedroom w/ it. mine shuts down on me now and again. usually only when the power brick is laying down flat for some odd reason. if I have the power brick setting up vertically it's usually fine. it seems to be the power brick that shuts down and not my 360 itself. I have never seen the red lights on my 360 but have seen the red light on my power brick many times. My PS3 has yet to fail me though. although I will admit I haven't played any games for a long long period of time. Theres no need for name calling or w/e to each there own.
